Why Timber Bay Fest?

We care about our community and want to celebrate the kids and families by hosting an annual event.

100% proceeds go to Timber Bay Birchwood Operations and the Rec Center building fund for the youth of our area.

TIMBER BAY FEST Aug. 19, 2023
FREE EVENT: 12PM - 6PM

Family Fun Day starting at noon and ending at 6PM. This is a free (no ticket) community event sponsored by Timber Bay Birchwood. Please come join us and learn more about Timber Bay and our commitment to mentoring youth in our community. There will be an information booth about Timber Bay and we’d love to have you stop by and visit. To help support Timber Bay Birchwood, there will be a free will offering box for all donations.

Timber Bay Fest is located at 906 Orchard Ave. Parking for the event can be found at designated spots on the map and then street parking is available in Birchwood.

Where is the event? I don’t see it on google maps?

The location, 906 Orchard St., is a site that is not quite listed on google maps yet. 906 Orchard St. is located past Chetac Ave., East all the way to end, past Trinity church, you will find into Orchard Ave. We’ve created a map for you to check out see it here!

Is there accessible parking?

Yes, there is parking reserved for folks who need the closer parking! If you need an accessible parking pass please email charityknauff@timberbay.org.

Can I bring coolers, alcohol and pets?

Sorry! This is an alcohol free event, with no pets and no coolers.

Thank you to Birchwood Lion’s Club for the use of their chuck wagon (trailer), and the West family (Nuto’s-Kitchen Kleen) for the use of their Tator Wagon and the potatoes. Louie’s Meats donated the brats/hotdogs, Cenex donated pop/water, and Country Hearth (Mark) donated the buns. Thank you to the Village who provided the garbage barrels.
